STOP THE PRESS! Frankfort's very own 421 is getting a make over on the east side. This includes the first major bicycle/pedestrian route. Call everyone you know! Spread the word! Find out the final details by calling the Mayor's office. Let these fine folks in the county and state know you want this kind of change for our town.
