Spring has sprung!  Shop rides throughout the week.

Tuesday - A/B Road Ride from Libraries and Archives 6pm

Thursday - A/B/C Road Rides from CCC 6pm

Sunday  - Women's Road Ride!  5pm

Rides leave promptly please arrive early.

Starting in June we will have a weekly mountain bike ride at the Capital View Trails on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.  All levels of riders welcome!

Join us for shop rides! Tuesday-Thursday mornings about 7:30am-9:30am mountain or road / call the shop for details. A warning to all riders; these morning rides are sometimes used for race training rides. Being dropped is a right of passage. Before you know it you will be the dropper not the droppee.

Frankfort area road rides. March-October. Weekly shop rides ( road bikes) on Thursdays  ( 6pm April-Sept.). We will be riding about 1 1/2 hours or 30 miles or so. Leaving from Capital City Cycles (c rides). A/B rides locations vary monthly.
